En particulier, l'Association se consacre principalement à: (i) développer, maintenir, supporter et sécuriser le protocole distribué Layer 1 EVM-compatible appelé Ault Blockchain (le Protocole) sur lequel seront émis les jetons appelés BMAX Tokens (les Jetons) et leurs technologies associées de manière transparente durable et dans l'intérêt public; (ii) acquérir, détenir, accorder des licences et/ou gérer des droits de propriété intellectuelle (les Droits) protégeant le Protocole et/ou d'autres droits; (iii) assurer l'organisation, la maintenance, la sécurité et le bon fonctionnement du Protocole; (iv) allouer des subventions pour assurer le développement, la publicité et l'évolution technologique du Protocole (v) encourager le développement et la diffusion de technologies libres, sécurisées et accessibles dans les domaines de la cybersécurité, de la souveraineté numérique, de l'intelligence artificielle responsable et des infrastructures décentralisées; (vi) soutenir la recherche scientifique et les projets d'innovation, notamment en accordant des subventions, bourses et une assistance financière ou technique à des tiers (particuliers, universités, instituts ou organisations) œuvrant activement à l'avancement de ce domaine; et (vii) promouvoir l'éducation, la formation et la sensibilisation autour de ces technologies, notamment en organisant des événements, publications ou partenariats avec des institutions académiques et publiques.
