Sofern die finanziellen Mittel der Stiftung es erlauben und der Hauptzweck der Stiftung dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt wird, unterstützt sie Künstler, die in den Bereichen der bildenden Kunst, Fotografie, Film, Grafik, etc. tätig sind und einen engen Bezug zur Gemeinde Vals haben. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck. Gewinn und Kapital sind ausschliesslich dem vorgenannten Zweck gewidmet.
