Der Verein sorgt für die Bekanntmachung des Angebots bei Anbietern von Palliativ-Pflege und -Betreuung und in der Öffentlichkeit und macht dafür entsprechend Werbung. Zur Einschätzung und Absicherung der Ziele sucht der Verein den Austausch mit Fachpersonen aus Wissenschaft und palliativer Praxis. Der Verein baut ein Netzwerk von Fachpersonen für die professionelle Erstellung von Audiobiografien auf, erstellt Kriterien zur Qualitätssicherung und überwacht deren Einhaltung. Der Verein arbeitet nicht gewinnstrebig.
