Die Ansprüche der bisherigen Destinatäre dürfen dadurch nicht geschmälert werden. Der Anschluss weiterer Arbeitgebende erfolgt aufgrund einer schriftlichen Anschlussvereinbarung (und der Ergänzung der Vereinbarung VBB/Valida).
