Die earthbeat solutions unterstützt speziell die Umstellung von Minen in ethisch abbauende Minen, den Aufbau einer funktionierenden Infrastruktur der Communities, die Verbesserung von Arbeitsbedingungen durch Arbeitsschutzmassnahmen und Equipment, die Förderung von Bildungs- und Wohlstandschancen und die Vermittlung von Know-How. Die Stiftung unterstützt dabei bestehende Geschäftsmodelle und investiert in neue Unternehmensmodelle, die dem Stiftungszweck entsprechen.
